MAMA

The movie begins with a scene showing a man who has had a business setback.
and brings his girls home with him since he is so worried about it.
He then forces them to sit in the car before taking off.

When his older daughter “Victoria” forbade him from driving too quickly, he disregarded her and ended up getting into an accident with his car.
The action now switches to that man’s brother, “Lucas,” who was asking the police questions concerning his brother.
It shows the man who was involved in an automobile accident but managed to flee with his daughters.
Along with his kids, he moves into a house built in the middle of a forest, but “Victoria” thinks there is someone living there. It was snowing and freezing outside when she informs her father, but he doesn’t believe her and urges her to come inside.
When his daughter “Victoria” calls to tell him that she has seen something outdoors, the dad, who was appearing anxious, answers.
The dad approaches his daughter and is ready to shoot her to put an end to her existence when he is attacked and killed by a creature that “Victoria” is unaware of.
She couldn’t see clearly since her father had taken off her spectacles right before he killed her.
Now when the kids were alone themselves in the horrible, abandoned house, “Victoria” sits with her younger sister at a spot where a cherry falls, which makes her glad because they are both hungry.
A scene where “Lucas” is still searching for his brother after five years is shown later.
In the interim, he gets a call from a man he has paid money to locate his brother.
When they get to “Lucas” brother’s car, they get the dogs to smell his children’ toys. When they get to the man’s house, they discover his girls are still alive but have turned feral.
They were brought to the hospital, where the doctor tells “Lucas” and his companion that the girls’ condition is critical when they arrive.
The physician asserts that although “Victoria” did not forget to talk, her younger sister, who was unaware of her speech, had become insane.
Now that “Lucas” has come into the room to meet “Victoria,” she doesn’t initially recognize him. When he hands her glasses to wear, she thinks that “Lucas” as her father because “Lucas” was “Victoria’s father’s twin.
After that, the girls’ physician testified in court that “Lucas” was their father’s brother, thus they could now live with them and their health was fine.
The girls, having been left alone for five years, constructed a mental caregiver, whom they called “Mama,” to help them feel less alone, the doctor adds.
Since they are connected to “Mama,” they will prosper if they are shown affection and attention.
Following “Victoria’s” move in with “Lucas,” “Lucas” buddy approached “Victoria” as she was playing in the living room one day.
Our dog is crying outdoors, “Victoria” arrives and tells “Lucas” friend. But if “Victoria” was outside, with whom was her younger sister playing?
One evening, “Lucas” and his friend were in the room when they sensed someone was outside. She requested “Lucas” to go see who was outside.”Lucas” moves to investigate, but he discovers nothing, so they start looking through the house. The girls were asleep when his friend goes to check on them, but “Lucas” spots an odd black stain on the wall.
When he went to investigate it because strange insects were emerging from it, a ghost materialized from that mark and shoved “Lucas,” sending him to tumble and sustain injuries from falling down the stairs.
As his companion transported him to the hospital, she became worried.
When she tells the doctor about the girls, he informs her that “Lucas” is in a coma and she must now take care of the children.
When “Annabel” gets home, she finds the girls’ odd drawings; she contacts the doctor and shows him the drawing.
After that, the doctor asks her about “Mama” and the doll she carries with her at all times while hypnotizing her.
The doctor feels that since “Victoria” refers to herself as “Mama,” she must have made the doll. “Victoria” tells the doctor that this doll was made by “Mama.”
Once “Annabel” has put them to sleep, “Victoria’s” younger sister wakes up and says, “Wake up, look, “Mama” arrives so come let’s play,” but “Annabel” suspects them and goes back to their room, where she discovers that nobody is there except them and tells them to go to bed as it is late.
The following day, “Annabel” visits the physician and reports that she heard a lullaby being sung for them from their bed at night.
“Annabel,” the physician explains, appears to have a personality condition that causes a person to start living two different lives.
Here, the physician learns that the woman whose account “Victoria” told him twenty years prior indicates that the account “Victoria” gave about “Mama” was accurate.
After looking through her possessions, the doctor determines that the woman was insane.
However, “Annabel,” who was by herself at home, senses that someone is there. As she emerges from her room, a dreadful shadow looms behind her, but it vanishes as she turns around.
As “Lucas” moved into that residence, his condition worsened until the physicians arrived and promptly finished his treatment. “Lucas” was having dreams about his brother, who was pleading with him to save his girls.
After “Lucas” realizes his mistake, “Annabel” and the girls visit “Lucas” in the hospital the following day.
They notice the same insects that are on the house’s wall.
and “Victoria’s” younger sister mercilessly devoured them.
After “Annabel” brings the girls home and relocates them to “Victoria,” she warns them not to treat each other badly since “Mama” is envious and she doesn’t want to hurt them.
Now that “Victoria” is hypnotized once more, the doctor asks her a question and shows her a picture of the insane woman that he took from her suitcase. “Victoria” remains silent and requests to leave.
The doctor, in the meantime, comes to the home where “Victoria” has been living with her sister for the past five years to conduct an investigation after noticing an odd shadow on the wall and realizing that everything appears off.
While sleeping in her home, “Annabel,” on the other hand, dreams of a “Nun” who was captured by a woman and fled while snatching a baby from the church. The woman became caught there and was unable to find a way out, so she leaped from a hill with the baby.
A ghost frightens “Annabel” as she awakens and discovers someone in her chamber.
“Annabel” starts to feel afraid.
However, when “Mama” awakens her and says, “Look, “Mama” has arrived,” “Victoria’s” younger sister joyfully wakes her up, but “Victoria” declines to go with “Mama.”
The location on the wall where the “Mama” ghost migrated to “Annabel’s” home was recognized by the doctor who entered the home. The doctor’s torch runs out in the meantime, and he starts taking pictures of “Mama” with his camera. However, “Mama” attacks the doctor as a result, and the doctor passes away instantly.
“Annabel” lifts “Victoria’s” younger sister, who had gone with “Mama” and was sleeping outdoors, and carries her inside while beating her, but she manages to agree.
Once more, “Annabel” detects something in the girl’s room.
She feels as like someone is in their home, but upon checking, she finds that something is going inside the cupboard, and upon further inspection, she discovers that the wall has that black stain, so she attempts to contact a doctor.
After “Mama” fired the doctor, “Annabel” went to his clinic to meet him but couldn’t locate him. She then gave the girls the relevant goods and left.
“Annabel” is going over the tapes she brought from the doctor’s office, and “Lucas” is also feeling better at this point.
She learns from watching the tapes that “Mama” is genuine and that “Victoria” gave the doctor a truthful story.
When she learns that those females experienced numerous issues during the preceding five years, she is dejected and feels horrible.
As night falls, “Lucas” calls “Annabel,” but she doesn’t pick up.
Together with her younger sister, “Victoria,” they were moving to “Annabel.”
As they approach, “Mama” appears, and “Victoria’s” sister is happy to see her.
“Victoria’s” sister locks herself in the room and leaves “Victoria” outside as “Mama” walks up to them unexpectedly.
“Annabel” shows up in the interim, and the two of them jointly open the door, frightening “Victoria” sister.
They bolt, terrified to find “Mama” slithering on the wall, looking horrible. “Mama,” however, grabbed “Annabel,” and “Victoria,” said, ‘You promised me you wouldn’t say anything to “Annabel.”
After learning of this, she approaches “Victoria,” shattering her spectacles in the process.
When their aunt arrives in the interim, she sees her aunt “Victoria,” who transforms into “Mama,” which causes “Mama’s” ghost to move in her.
Now, “Mama” attacks “Annabel” until she passes out, and when she wakes up, nobody is in the house.
She yells “Lucas” and moves in the direction of the home where the girls formerly resided.
When “Lucas” stops in front of “Annabel’s” automobile and asks about his brother’s daughters, “Mama” tells him that they have been abducted.
When they got to the house, they discovered that no one was home. So they went outside and discovered the girls sitting on a hill with “Mama.”
When “Mama” hears their sounds, she summons the girls over. As they get closer to “Mama,” “Lucas” stops them.
As “Mama” sees “Annabel,” who is clutching a tiny bay, she turns to face “Lucas” and goes to kill him.She takes the baby from “Annabel,” but there’s just a skull when she pulls off the cloth.
She gets upset and starts crying when she realizes this, and then she hears “Victoria’s” younger sister calling her “Mama.”
“Mama” assaults “Lucas” for insisting on bringing them with him, then begs “Victoria” and her sister to go along.
“Victoria” was saying goodbye to “Annabel” as she was going, but “Annabel” was holding “Victoria’s” hand and wouldn’t let her go, so “Victoria” left “Mama’s” hand, indicating that she didn’t want to go.
Now, “Mama” leaves “Victoria” behind and jumps into a ditch with “Victoria’s” younger sister in tow.
Her sister had passed away. At first, her father intended to kill his girls, but a ghost—that of “Mama,” the woman the doctor had learned about—put an end to him.
“Mama” was the spirit of the woman who lost her children a century before. She used to take care of “Victoria” and her sister since she saw them as her children, and she didn’t like it when “Annabel” and “Lucas” got in the way of her and her kids.
Her younger sister picked “Mama” because she was close to “Mama” and thinks “Mama Ghost” is her greatest friend. “Lucas” only saved “Victoria.”
Now, “Mama” and “Victoria’s” younger sister share a home.
The film comes to a close here.
