The film opens on a desolate desert scene with a group of people who recently arrived who are connected to a corporation.
They have inaccurate information, but they still want to take oil out of this place.
They wish to return from there because there is no oil here.
The airline dispatches a jet with “Frank” as the pilot to take them there.
He is accompanied by a co-pilot who has come to transfer them from this location.
They were all prepared to take off after taking their seats on the aircraft.
A large storm has been moving toward the location in the meantime.
The pilot of Frank asks, “What do we need to do now?”?
Frank says we’ll have to wait for the fuel after returning there if we go back.
because there isn’t enough fuel for the jet to take off once more.
Frank climbs into the storm and takes off on his plane.
Their aircraft is heavily laden, and as a result, the sand storm damages the engine.
Frank tells everyone that we have to rely on emergency personnel.
Frank struggled to land the jet since the storm made it impossible for him to see.
His plane hits a rock while landing.
The plane’s tail side separated as a result.
One of their passengers perishes after falling off the aircraft.
As their plane slips through the desert, it crashes.
They find out later that the other two travelers have passed away.
The storm was still outside, so they still didn’t exit the aircraft.
When the storm passes, they emerge to discover that their plane has been buried in the sand.
They were stranded in the desert due to the storm and had no alternative means of returning when their plane eventually became visible. They examine the meal they are eating.
They find out that they can store food for up to a month.
Frank is informed by a man that he will proceed on foot from that point.
The truth is, they have to go two hundred miles to get out of this desert.
“I can go on foot because I travel frequently,” adds the man who wants to continue.
This was because the radio was malfunctioning as well.
They were in need of assistance, and a man nearby asks, “Have you gone mad?”
July is a very hot month in the desert; you will perish from the heat, but the man wasn’t prepared to listen to anyone.
He says, “I’ll travel at night,” and he understands when Frank clarifies.
He cancels his travel plans, and it is now nighttime.
When a man wakes up to use the restroom at night, the storm causes him to tumble, so he calls for assistance.
He yells for assistance, but nobody responds. When all of them wake up in the morning, they see.
They discover a missing buddy, but he knows nothing about them.
As a result of him being buried in the sand, a female from their group comes up to Frank.
“Will anyone come to save us?” she begs.
What percentage of the time do you think someone will come to our rescue?
We’re standing in the middle of the desert, Frank says, and I don’t think anyone will find out where we are.
We have a limited supply of food and have decreased access to radio transmissions.
Our food will be gone in two days if we walk there.
Their hopes end there, and all I can do is wait.
Two of the men in their group decide to move on after realizing that no one will come to their aid and that they also wish to carry water from that location.
Frank informs them that they are unable to draw water from this location.
They get into a battle over the water, which causes the water to fall.
A man known only as “Eliot” arrives from their gang in the interim.
He comes up to them and says, “I have an idea. We can save our lives.”
He assures them that this broken plane can be used to build a new one.
What do you know about the plane? Frank asks. He claims that I was formerly involved in plane design.
In actuality, nobody is aware of Eliot’s identity or origins.
because he has only recently joined this company and hasn’t had much opportunity to get to know them.
When they learned about Eliot, everyone was shocked, and they all promised to go with him.
Frank, however, was unprepared for this since he was aware that it wasn’t feasible.
As night gives way to day, a second man goes missing. The girl from their group promises to go look for him, but Frank stops her and promises to go for him instead.
He travels there by himself and reaches the location of their plane’s collision with the rock.
And a man who had fallen there still had his lifeless corpse there.
In addition to having no clothing on, he was also covered in bullet wounds.
As everything is going on, a second man shows up and remarks, “I think looters might have come here.”
They have also seized everything, including his clothes. He is asked to continue by Frank.
A member of their group asks Frank why he won’t let them make the plane in the meantime.
He explains, “Why do I give people false hope when I know that the plane cannot be made?”.
He claims that since hope is what keeps the world turning, we can give them hope.
Frank hears him out and decides to build the aircraft.
They have arrived at the location where their group’s other members were.
They are now manufacturing the plane, but they are only working at night.
Due to the extreme heat during the day, they had more problems when sparks accidentally fell onto the fuel supply one day while they were welding.
The whole supply of gasoline they had saved for the fire was destroyed.
They chose to work during the day rather than at night because they only had a little petrol left when they left.
They need to join one of the plane’s wings in order to build a new aircraft out of the old one.
With the aid of a chain, they raise that wing.
because they are progressively connecting that wing and they do not have a crane.
As they are connecting the wing, the chain breaks.
A man within the aircraft emerges and informs everyone that their plane has been created and that the wing has been attached.
Since they thought they could proceed from there, everyone breaks into a dance.
They were packing up the sand from there and appeared to be having a great time.
Thus, a route for their aircraft can be prepared, although it wasn’t simple at all.
Everyone was fleeing from there when a lightning storm struck one day.
Eliot, however, chooses not to travel since he will stop at nothing to prevent damage to his jet.
Considering how much work he has put into that,. Frank approaches and shoves him aside.
Furthermore, he protects Eliot since he doesn’t want him to suffer damage.
If something were to happen to Eliot, what would happen to their plane?
The aircraft they have named “Phoenix” still requires a great deal of work.
Using a microscope, they observed several individuals sleeping in tents one night.
They were actually known as the desert looters and were smugglers.
Frank’s friends are unaware of them, yet they rob visitors of their valuables.
Frank instructs them to ask for their assistance in getting water.
He ignores Eliot’s attempts to stop him.
He goes to get water from his few comrades after taking them.
A fight breaks out as the smugglers attack them as they get closer and kill one of Frank’s companions.
There, one of the smugglers’ friends escapes while the others are slain.
Frank was going to murder him, but instead he brought him to his pals.
Frank intervenes to stop everyone from asking to kill him.
After arriving, Eliot murders him, and Frank severely chastises him.
Eliot tells him that he is to blame for everything and that even if you were a pilot, you didn’t do this; therefore, we could still be spared.
When Frank gets upset, he hits the man and knocks him down.
Frank has made fun of Eliot in front of them all, and this infuriates him.
Eliot yells, “I’ll miss the plane. I work so hard by myself, and you don’t even work.”
A female from their group approaches and asks for him in the interim.
We sincerely hope you will agree that we cannot function without you.
Eliot now makes a demand: he will cooperate with them if Frank extends his apology to him.
Frank expressed his regret to him one day as they were examining something under their microscope.
They notice that the fugitive smuggler has returned with his cronies.
They do not come after them.
Frank took their guns away, so they don’t have any.
that Frank and his friends possess.
The smugglers are aware that their food supplies are limited.
They were looking forward to the day when their food would run out.
When it happens, they’ll attack, but they were working hard on the other side.
Frank discovers a book one day that has the models used to create the planes.
They find out later that Eliot’s models were made on a small scale.
They are not the play planes he made for kids; they are flying machines.
A man yells at Eliot, “Since you were befooling us,” after learning about him. “This plane is never going to fly, nor have you made such a giant plane till now.”
Eliot urges him to “trust me, this plane will fly” as he aims a gun at his head.
The man who is pointing a gun at Eliot is stopped by Frank.
There, a storm occurs in the interim.
Gradually, the plane they’ve worked so hard to create starts to take control.
They start to feel hopeful as they realize that this jet is going to take off.
They lose all hope after the storm passes.
They will take off, Frank informs them.
They take the plane out of the sand and land it in an area devoid of sand.
Their jet takes off, but it stops after a time and then takes off again.
Once they hear the sound of the engine, the smugglers who have been hiding there emerge.
To sneak them in, they had to wait a very long period.
To kill them, they have all mounted their horses and come.
After boarding the aircraft, they all held onto it.
The aircraft was actually designed such that there was nowhere to sit.
As a result, they are all hanging upside down while their plane slowly advances.
Even though the looters were firing at them, the firearms missed them.
Their plane then went down in a ditch.
The smugglers think that they may have all perished.
However, all of a sudden, their “phoenix” soars into the sky. They were all really content.
Taking into account that they have prevailed in the conflict they have been engaged in for weeks.
This is how they have escaped the desert.
Images of some of the people who got in touch with their family are shown in the final scene.
How will we ever forget Frank? We learn that he founded his own airline, which he dubbed “Phoenix” Elliott. He was the reason everyone was spared; a newspaper carrying his photo with the words “NASA” on it.
It indicates that he is currently employed by NASA. By doing this, they lead happy lives.
This concludes the movie’s narrative. Regards
