Disquiet

At the beginning of the movie, we see a man named Sam who was content with his life and his wife.
Sam’s spouse was on the verge of giving birth,

which made him extremely delighted.
However, Sam was frequently preoccupied with his business and was unable to even give his wife the proper attention.
Sam got into an accident one day while using his automobile for business travels.
The man who was seated in Sam’s automobile when it was involved in the accident now passes away.
Sam was also severely hurt and had numerous wounds.
He was sent right away to the hospital.
His wife came to him right away after learning about it.
She saw how he was and could not control her tears.
Sam is currently being led to the operating room.
When he eventually opens his eyes, he is lying in bed.
His body was filled with numerous pipes.
An elderly patient who was presently in a coma was lying on the bed in front of Sam as his gaze met it.
He approaches the bell next to him in order to summon assistance from someone, preferably the nurse.
The accident prevented him from ever being able to stand up.
Nevertheless, nobody had heard the bell ring.
Sam had the audacity to climb up here.
He decides to move forward after removing every pipe from his body.
His gaze returns to the bed in front of him, where the patient had previously slept, as he begins to move.
However, nobody was lying in that bed anymore.
Sam is observing all of this and is unable to comprehend what is happening to him.
The elderly man then appears out of nowhere and strikes Sam.
He had taken hold of Sam’s neck and was preparing to apply pressure.
Sam was brought out of the room by him.
Sam stumbles during this combat, which causes some of the weapons that were kept close to fall as well.
Now, one of them kills the old man in the neck by taking up a knife.
The knife in his neck had killed him.
Then he yells, “Someone help me,” from the hospital.
However, no one was present.
When he turns around again, the elderly man’s lifeless body is nowhere to be found.
When Sam enters the room, he finds the man who Sam killed lying on his bed once more, unconscious.
Sam didn’t comprehend the meaning of any of this.
He now chooses to go from this point.
There were no signals on his phone when he looked at it.
He discovers a coma-ridden nurse when he leaves.
Sam leads him inside and introduces him to the elderly guy after telling him about the attack.
He was so missing from his bed once more this time.
Once more, the nurse is absent when Sam glances at her.
He doesn’t comprehend a single thing that is happening.
From here, he heads to the elevator so he may descend.
Upon turning around, he sees that the elderly man is once more staring at Sam and approaching him.
With haste, Sam opened the elevator door and entered the vehicle.
The elevator door was shut.
Sam believed that the elderly man had saved him as well.
But then he sensed something on the elevator’s roof.
When he glances up, he sees that the elderly man is on the elevator’s roof and is attempting to grasp Sam.
However, Sam exited the elevator quickly.
In the scenario, we now meet Monica, a girl who came in to have surgery in an attempt to improve her appearance.
In order for her to perform her surgery, the doctor had rendered her unconscious.
They perform a check-up on her prior to the procedure.
However, Monica opens her eyes and finds herself staring at the strange-looking doctors.
That’s the reason she was so afraid.
The sight of those doctors’ faces terrifies her greatly.
The doctors vanished from that location for the same reason.
This was what kind of hospital?
What was going on in this situation?
Later on in the narrative, we will learn.
There, Monica yells for assistance.
Three girls then approach her.
They were dressed like nurses.
Their large, odd-looking nails gave them a frightening appearance.
Monica is caught and placed back on the stretcher by them.
Sam, who had taken a firearm with him, enters after hearing her cry out of terror.
However, a female nurse stabbed him after attacking him.
Sam’s stomach began to bleed as a result of the stabbing.
Sam assaults that female as well.
When the other two girls saw this, they too moved forward to murder Sam.
But after a valiant battle, he orders Monica to stand up.
He somehow drives Monica and the three girls to the operating room.
Monica asks him now, what’s going on?
Sam remarks, “I’m not even aware of this.”
All I can recall is that I was on ventilation when I opened my eyes while my operation was still ongoing.
I also can’t recall what transpired.
After hearing all of this, Monica adds that I was having an operation as well, and that when I opened my eyes, I discovered that I was in this odd environment.
Nevertheless, when Sam tries to call his wife, the reception phone is also unusable.
Subsequently, he discovers the map that belonged to the hospital, which had a roof above and a basement below.
Sam ponders their options after saving each other’s life.
They both hear screaming as they begin to leave this location.
Upon entering the room, they saw a boy lying down and shouting while wearing handcuffs.
Monica tells Sam, “I believe he is a criminal, so let’s not help him.”
He is holding handcuffs, as you can see.
Sam responds, “No, I think there are just three of us here.”
We ought to assist him.
I’m not a thief, according to Sam.
While I was receiving treatment at the hospital, the cops shot me because they believed I was a thief.
However, I realized that I was in this state when I regained consciousness.
As the three of them leave this place, they notice the same three girls in front of them once more. This time, however, they are approaching them holding knives.
Sam motions for Monica and the youngster to proceed to the stairs, then he shuts the door.
You should get down, he adds, and he sees them both when he starts to get down.
They were no longer there.
Smoke billowed thickly through the air below.
He notices that the red light was coming from a door below.
Sam begins to descend when a medical employee grabs him from behind and commands him to stop.
After grabbing Sam and lifting him up, he attempts to strangle Sam to death.
After that, a doctor arrives and murders the victim while rendering him comatose.
From that man, he had rescued Sam.
Sam now recalls some of his earlier memories, including how happy he was with his wife and how he once got into an accident when he was driving to work.
Sam is taken to Virgil by the doctor, who places him on a stretcher.
He is currently receiving care from the doctor.
When Sam awakens, his bandages have been taken off, and a painkiller tablet is placed next to him.
Sam emerges with a black shirt on.
Subsequently, a police officer approaches him and inquires about his origins.
Sam responds, “I’m not sure how you got here.”
Just as you have no idea what you’re doing here, neither do I.
“I only remember that I caught a thief,” the policeman says.
I shot him, but I don’t remember anything after that because I was shot by another man.
Sam then notices how dark it is outside as he peers out the window.
Virgil is baffled as to why he is unable to see anything outside due to the extreme darkness.
He looks back now, and the policeman is no longer there.
He finds the same man, Virgil, with whom Sam inquires about his origins when he travels a short distance further.
Tell me, are you real or false, he asks.
Virgil asserts that both this facility and I are real.
The same physician who saved you also treated me.
I don’t know what’s going on here, Virgil says.
Indeed, this facility is real, though.
This building may be quite old.
That being the case, this is all taking place here.
However, I could see the roof in the brighter upper section.
You ought to visit the place.
The doctor then returns to the area.
Sam goes there and informs him that there is an armed police officer on the loose in this area.
To get out of here, he can kill anyone.
Then, he quickly flees after seeing the three girls once more.
Sam says, “We need to head to the lift,” with haste.
As they get a little farther, Sam is being prevented from falling by the same hospital employee who had struck him previously.
There, he is wandering around.
I’m trying to divert him, Sam claims.
Upon approaching him, the man reiterated his warning to Sam not to descend.
Sam then notices a young child nearby who has bandages covering her face.
However, the girl vanishes out of nowhere and then emerges in front of Sam once more.
She was not wearing a bandage on her face this time.
When Sam notices how badly hurt her face is, he collapses out of fear.
In order to save Sam, the doctor also arrives promptly.
The same individual who had advised him not to go down then approaches him once more.
What was the key to falling?
Here, Virgil was approaching the man as he attempted to divert his attention.
Virgil orders Sam and the physician to go in order to preserve his life.
However, the doctor was also taken by that man when he entered the elevator.
For that reason, Sam was by himself at this point.
From the elevator, Sam hears a voice once more.
He had a strange feeling that the elderly man in a coma would be returning.
That explains his terrified exit from the elevator.
Now that Sam has arrived, he discovers Monica.
He informs her that we must ascend quickly.
He peers through the open window.
It remained dark.
Now as they are moving back up toward the elevator, the man whose head was severed emerges from the lift that was preventing Sam from descending.
Behind was the doctor.
She claims that I was his killer.
Now that the three of them are leaving, the policeman who was attempting to smash the window returns because he needs to leave this place as soon as possible.
However, the window was not cracking as everyone thought.
The boy who had saved Sam then appears here as well, carrying a dagger.
That boy is shot by the policeman.
You are a thief, according to him.
The youngster claims that he has already informed you that he is not a thief.
That is, Sam was told by the policemen that he had shot a thief.
That boy was, therefore, the thief.
However, that police officer was once more unwilling to listen to anyone.
That boy gets shot by him.
He was killed by him.
When they realize that I will kill them all, they are all shocked.
But I’m leaving here for sure.
The man, who was also killed by the doctor, had disappeared from view when they returned to the elevator.
Suddenly, though, the policeman is attacked by something there.
He was dragged to its side by that creature.
The elevator door shuts as well.
Sam, Monica, and the doctor begin to flee after realizing this.
Monica is now saying to Sam, “I think we’re stuck in hell.”
Sam, this is where we’re going to die.
No, he says, why are you concerned?
We’re going to leave this place, for sure.
As they proceed, they find themselves facing a large morgue that is home to numerous corpses.
Upon entering, every one of those bodies had sprung back to life.
They rise to their feet.
They were all really afraid to see the scene.
Subsequently, the police officer who had earlier brandished a gun at them returns and invites them to accompany him.
The cop killed him as they were leaving with him.
He regains consciousness.
Using a knife, he assaults the cop.
However, the policeman kills the youngster by firing once more.
The policeman is then pulled to that location by an unknown force and taken with it from the basement where Sam had noticed the red light.
Sam was instructed to accompany me to the basement by the doctor.
However, Sam had turned him down.
He responds, “No, I’m going up where I saw the light.”
Then Monica is pulled by an unknown force and taken with it.
Now that Sam has entered the elevator, Virgil is there.
As he ascends, he discovers the area designated for children, where the newborn was kept.
Sam sees his wife and child there as well.
However, this was all in his head.
This will help us understand what this location was and why everything was taking place here.
When Virgil arrives, he says that this is the kind of location where a soul gets stuck.
It is up to that soul to choose between going to heaven or damnation.
Who are you, Sam wonders?
According to Virgil, I am a guide.
Sending decent people to paradise is what I do.
Furthermore, the doctor is a terrible advisor who desires to drag people to hell with him.
It is here that Sam discovers he has passed away and that everyone who was with him had perished.
Monica, the boy, and the police officer collectively.
He sees that tiny child again as he ascends.
The girl who had an accident had wound up having bandages over her mouth.
Here, too, she was stuck.
That implies that, in reality, she was in a coma.
Sam promises Virgil that he will bring the young girl to heaven.
Now, while he was removing her from the elevator, Sam is once more caught by the elderly man from above the elevator.
Sam had emerged and motioned for the young girl to come forward.
Nevertheless, Sam managed to get rid of the elderly man.
He is now attempting to climb the stairs.
Sam is then told to accompany the doctor to the basement when he arrives.
Subsequently, the doctor is slain by the same man who used to work in the hospital, but he returns alive and takes the doctor with him.
At this point, Sam rises and lets the young girl through the door to paradise.
In real life, the girl was dead, and her parents were sobbing while they sat next to her.
Sam was dead here, too.
His spouse informs him, “I cherished you immensely.”
Then, in Sam’s life after death, he receives a message from his wife that says, “I love you.”
Sam responds to him as well.
As he says this, he moves in that direction.
In other words, he had also entered paradise.
Thus, we saw a scene in this movie where the person in a coma was struggling to survive.
And the person who learns of his death must choose between going to paradise or hell.
Additionally, some individuals and guides compel them to enter either paradise or hell.
As though Virgil was a good man and a good leader. His goal was to send the spirits to paradise.
Furthermore, the doctor used to send them to hell. She was awful.
Three girls were present.
Their duty was to inflict suffering on the spirits of individuals who had erred in life.
Additionally, the man who would constantly advise Sam not to fall also worked to guide souls toward the correct path.
This was a different kind of story, then.
Thus, the story of this movie comes to an end.
