The film opens with a lovely nurse introducing herself to us.
In the hospital, she was attending to her patient.
The elderly patient had a very serious medical condition.
She was breathing heavily as well.
For this reason, the nurse, Gwen, approaches the woman and cuts off her oxygen.
She closed her breathing tube as well.
The old woman’s breath stopped as a result.
Unexpectedly, Gwen starts making sounds in the hospital after that.
She gives the doctor a call.
Gwen was standing by the entrance, giggling, when the doctors arrived and began to save that elderly woman.
Here, we learn that Gwen is a crazy, psychotic nurse.
It pleased her to watch her patients suffer.
Well, the elderly woman had been saved by the doctors.
After witnessing everything, Gwen departs.
It was clear from looking at her that she didn’t feel bad about what she had done.
A scene in the movie shows a woman named Meera living contentedly with her husband and son.
His son approaches her husband as they are conversing and says, “Mom, my feet hurt.”
Here, we learn that Meera’s son suffered from an illness that prevented him from walking normally without assistance.
Meera tells her husband that her son is able to climb stairs on his own.
When his wife hears this, Meera’s husband remarks, “Oh, come on, don’t be so scared.”
Our son experiences no problems.
Next, we meet Gwen, the psycho-nurse that Meera had retained to look after her son, at her home.
Here, Gwen once resided as a member of Meera’s family at her home.
They now have breakfast as a group of four.
The stretchers that Meera’s son used to walk had been left on the stairs during breakfast.
But she is unable to act morally, as we all know.
She had undone her bench so she would topple down when Meera’s son picked her up.
As we saw at the beginning of the novel, Gwen used to do all of this for her own amusement.
Nevertheless, Meera’s husband was prepared to leave for the office following this.
He is standing close to Meera.
Gwen began to take a liking to Meera’s spouse, which made her jealous of Meera.
In the interim, the friend of Meera, who had been sitting and conversing with her, returns home.
It was while Gwen was playing with Meera’s son that she began to listen to her.
“Meera, you will have to hire another nurse for your son,” said Meera’s acquaintance.
I believe that your husband and son have grown to have a bit too much affection for Gwen.
No, it’s not like that; you are overthinking it, Meera says to her buddy.
In the meantime, Meera says, “You know, Gwen did all this,” upon hearing her son’s voice.
Because she believes Gwen did not provide proper care for her son following his fall, she chastises Gwen frequently.
“No, Mom, this isn’t because of Gwen,” her son comforts Meera, adding, “it was all my fault.”
Calling the doctor, Meera reveals that she has found a new nurse for her son.
She also apologizes to Gwen at night for yelling at her without cause.
No, it’s not your fault, says Gwen.
Being a mother, Gwen worries a great deal for her kid.
Even though we now know that Gwen completed all of this, she then serves Meera tea, most likely for free.
We watch as Meera enters the society that her son and other members belong to.
The same illness afflicted them all.
After telling them, Meera begins to cry.
She says, “I’m really sorry.”
She then returns home.
She receives tea from Gwen, who had prepared it for her.
Meera went to sleep as soon as she finished her tea.
The doctor eventually returns home.
She brings her son’s stretcher, which she used while he was asleep.
Gwen stopped her as she was about to give it to Dr. Meera’s son, saying, “You go; I’ll give it to him.”
The doctor says, “I may know you; I’ve seen you somewhere” on the way.
Meera promises she will tell you right away when she wakes up.
That following evening, Gwen visits the doctor’s home and informs him, “You knew me; you were right.”
I also think of you a lot.
She then went to the doctor and gave him an injection in his arm after stating this.
Here, we learn that the elderly woman’s life was saved by the doctor at the start of the tale.
Gwen killed Dr. Meera’s spouse with a medication injection since she thought he wouldn’t know.
Meera receives a call that same evening from a man identifying himself as David.
“I am a part of the same society that you have joined due to your son’s illness,” he continues.
Additionally, he says that my son has the same illness as your son does.
David’s profile image is a touch grainy, making it difficult for him to view it clearly. David informs us that his wife has passed away.
I have a nurse on staff for my son because of this.
After hearing this, Meera remarks, “You did very well.”
At that point, we learn that the man David was actually Gwen, who was using a computer to alter her voice in order to communicate with Meera.
When her friend visits Meera in the morning, she claims to have spilled something on her husband’s shirt.
Gwen goes to the laundry to clean Meera’s husband’s blouse.
When Meera’s friend walked inside to get her purse at that point, she noticed that Gwen was smelling the shirt that Meera had on with her husband.
She finds it a little odd to witness this, and she was also skeptical that Gwen had developed feelings for Meera’s husband.
However, she chooses not to disclose this to her friend Meera out of concern that her family might suffer.
During the night, Gwen approaches Meera in the guise of David and inquires about her son.
Meera acknowledges that, although her son is now mostly normal, the day he fell was not to her liking.
After engaging in a lengthy conversation, Gwen rushes over to Meera to inform her that she is speaking with a male and that she has won this game.
She tells Meera’s husband, “I just heard Meera; she was probably talking to someone,” as they are traveling.
Here, her strategy backfires since she intended for Meera’s husband to start doubting her and walk out on her.
Speaking on behalf of his wife, Meera’s husband claims that she is not getting enough sleep and that she is working a lot these days.
Perhaps that is the reason for her slight concern.
Gwen heard all of this, gave Meera’s husband a hug, bid him good night, and drove off.
In any case, Gwen really wanted to win Meera’s heart.
The following morning, it was evident that Gwen and Meera’s spouse were seeking an excuse to take a nap.
Gwen had finished all of the household chores by the time Meera woke up.
Then her pal calls and expresses gratitude. Though she did not send the flowers, Meera is a little taken aback and perplexed that you remembered my birthday.
Gwen approaches her and tells her that I sent flowers to her house because you forgot your friend’s birthday.
Meera begins to wander aimlessly.
Meera suggests that I consider seeing a physician.
Don’t discuss this with my husband.
Why do you think you need to see a doctor, asks Gwen?
I’ll draw blood from your phone and have it examined at a lab.
Gwen and David speak to one another again at night.
Meera confides in her about her issues.
Her kid and husband then arrived.
Meera ends the call as she sees Jeannie.
Meera was dozing off on the sofa when she decided to take her son to the room.
A telegram arrives informing her that David is a phony.
The message appears on Meera’s husband’s phone as he wakes up to visit her.
She doesn’t know who David is or why Meera converses with him.
Her youngster is also wondering why his mother is sleeping so much at the same time.
In Meera’s home, Gwen was the sole worker.
Even yet, Meera believed she was mistaken.
She apologizes to Gwen now.
And then another message informs Meera that David is a phony.
Gwen read it as well.
In some way, Meera gets ready to leave for the office.
She then arrived at the office.
She informs her friend that my blood reports are 100% accurate when they meet.
Gwen was correct, too.
All I need is some sleep.
Shall I share anything with you, asks her friend?
Present the physician who is unrelated to Gwen.
David then sends her a letter.
which said that the individual texting you about me intends to discredit you.
The man who said your son’s life is in jeopardy then sends her a letter as well.
Meera returns home after reading these two emails.
She was also really concerned.
She’d said this to Gwen as well.
She then advises meeting that man.
In the evening, I’m heading to the cafe.
Meera reassures him that Gwen is telling the truth.
He is being duped by his wife.
Meera meets that man at a cafe the following morning.
who, in reality, was David.
I’m David, he adds, and I’ve never spoken to you.
In addition, he claims that my wife has blood cancer.
He used to speak with a man who called him one day.
He advised him against visiting the doctor.
My wife began listening to him as a result.
He also shows her the man’s image.
Subsequently, Meera discovers that the man in the photo is the same one who was still corresponding with her as David.
Even so, Meera was certain about Gwen.
Subsequently, her spouse appears outside, having followed Meera here.
Plus, he observes his wife giving David a hug.
It makes him think Meera is actually being unfaithful to him.
A friend of Meera’s was in the house and came to offer her bag.
Gwen brings her purse home.
Then Gwen is told by Meera’s buddy, “I know you like Meera’s husband.”
That day, I spotted you sporting a shirt.
Remain clear of Meera’s family.
No one can be worse than him if you attempt to hurt them in any way.
As she was about to depart, Gwen shot him in the back with a large bullet.
She also gave him an injection of drugs to kill him.
She then sees Meera preparing food when she returns home after leaving that place.
While they are conversing, Gwen takes the knife that Meera was using to chop veggies.
Now she brings him to David’s home.
Here, we learn that Gwen had previously served as David’s wife’s nurse.
She also urged him to stop her husband and addressed him like a man.
Using the same knife, Gwen kills David again in this instance. She also drops Meera’s phone, which she had grabbed for David’s blood test, giving the impression that Meera was the one who killed David.
That evening, after being extremely agitated due to his wife, Meera’s husband also returned home drunk.
Gwen tries to reach him by reading his letter, which was written by David and said, “I couldn’t sleep because of my little boy.”
Subsequently, Meera’s gaze lands on the bottle she was holding, bearing the words “Little Boy.”
Gwen recalls that David and Gwen consistently employed cute little boy love in what they wrote.
She feels as though there is some powder mixed with the water as she tries to pour it into the container that Gwen gave her. At this point, Meera realized the water was contaminated.
Meera now goes to Gwen’s room, where she discovers a book discussing harmful substances. Many dangerous medications that she obtains come from under the bed.
She discovers Gwen has returned home in the interim.
Gwen realizes that the reason she was still awake was because she did not drink the water from the bottle when Meera opens the door.
She used to have her therapy in the hospital, so she went there after drinking water with Meera’s son. Despite Meera’s best efforts to dissuade him, her son continued with Gwen.
Following Gwen’s departure with her son, she returns to Gwen’s room and begins filming films in which she recounts all of Gwen’s experiences. She had informed her husband about it over the phone as well.
However, Gwen discovered that Meera had discovered every detail about her when she got home.
Meera did not have her son with her when she returned home. She should see her son, Meera commands.
While traveling, Gwen informs Meera that she has worked as a nurse for a long time.
I have never been woken up in a family member’s home like you did. Don’t worry, though; I’ll kill you and replace you.
Meera’s husband was someone Gwen liked, which is why she said this. However, Meera’s spouse also returns home. When she doesn’t see Meera at home, she checks her phone and views her recorded video, which also reveals Gwen’s true identity. Conversely, when Gwen and Meera got home, she told Meera, your friend, that she had killed the doctor, which made her very concerned. She goes to Gwen’s residence to start hunting for her son. Your son is still in the clinic, she says. I came here to kill you, and I used the knife that has your fingerprints on it to kill David.
You will be hated by your spouse and son, and the police will view you as a murderer.
For this reason, when Meera ran away, Gwen caught up with her as she attempted to flee the house. At the conclusion of the narrative, Meera, her spouse, and their son are depicted, all of whom have resumed a happy existence.
Gwen received punishment concurrently for her high number of killings. You were able to see Gwen’s peril. Please do enquire if you have any housemates. Ensure that you and those you love are taken care of. The narrative of this film concludes here.
